Help Desk Sistemi Audio Video e Videoconference

Il/La candidato/a, che risponderà alla Direzione Tecnica, sarà inserito/a all’interno del nostro Team Service Collaboration , dedicato alla gestione e risoluzione dei ticket in ambito AV e Collaboration.
La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:- Contattare il cliente per analizzare le problematiche segnalate e fornire il supporto necessario, da remoto e/o on-site, per la risoluzione
- Supportare, in caso di necessità, il Team Tecnico dedicato alle attività di delivery di progetti in ambito AV/Collaboration
- Supportare, in caso di necessità, il Team dedicato ai presidi dislocati presso alcuni clienti
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno nel settore Audio Video
- Conoscenza base di apparati e impianti audio-video professionali (almeno uno fra: Extron, Creston, Kramer)
- Conoscenza base di apparati e software di Videoconferenza e Collaboration (almeno uno fra: Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Poly, Yealink...)
- Disponibilità a servizi di reperibilità H24
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte presso i clienti
- Conoscenza impianti di videosorveglianza
- Conoscenza sistemi di digital signage
- Certificazioni Cisco, Poly, Yealink, Microsoft
- Conoscenze di base in ambito networking, sistemi operativi e software Windows
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
