Replenishment Analyst

As the Replenishment Analyst, you report directly to the President and work on making sure our stores are operating at full potential. You assist primarily in overseeing allocation of inventory with other administrative and operational duties.

What You’ll Do

Reports to: President

ALLOCATION & MERCHANDISING 60%

  • Analyze sales data and inventory levels to determine merchandise allocation
  • Monitor store inventory levels and adjust allocations as necessary
  • Run the inventory replenishment on weekly basis in order to keep optimal inventory level per store and group of product.
  • Entering of purchase orders
  • Analyzing weekly performance and understanding the needs of different stores for different product categories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure merchandise is delivered to stores on time
  • Create and maintain reports to track inventory levels and allocation performance
  • Research and evaluate inventory gaps and make necessary adjustments
  • Plan and build required merchandise for store openings

OPERATIONS 20%

  • Work on the facilitation of processes & procedures as strategically laid out by management
  • Assist with warehouse and headquarter operational duties

OTHER 20%

  • General office work, filing, emailing
  • Tasks as requested by your manager

What You Offer

  • Driven Doer. Someone that is hungry to learn and get things done.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. We are open to recent graduates with relevant studies (Examples: Management, Business, Economics, Marketing)
  • Proven knowledge of Office 365, especially MS Excel (Example: V-Look-Ups, Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and efficient manner in French (must) and English
