Language: Bilingual ideal
With the Deployment/Cutover lead, create, maintain and manage the Deployment and Cutover Plan working with Technology, Business, Solution Integrator and Third- Party Vendor Project Managers
Provide direction to Project Control Officer supporting Deployment and Cutover Activities
Manage Dry Runs of Deployment / Cutover plan to ensure accuracy and completeness of the plan.
Deployment Leadership
Governance and planning
Provide leadership and best practices across SAP cutover related activities.
Lead the cutover planning including dry runs, go/no go checklists, readiness checks and other relevant preparation and execution activities.
this includes all coordination of activities across various SAP teams, as well as internal client teams that support integration, analytics and infrastructure teams.
Assist with determining the best fit approach for cutover to multiple SAP products including S/4 HANA Private Cloud Edition, SAP Analytics Cloud, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass and additional SaaS SAP partner.
Oversee the actual cutover windows and act as the single point of contact during cutover execution.
Work closely with the System integrator (SI) and Product Vendor teams to ensure participation and support during cutover windows.
Identify cutovers risks and ensure PMO is kept informed of potential risks and issues.
Ensure that all cutover related PMO deliverables are created including cutover plans, dry run planning, Go/No Go Checklists, Readiness Checks and cutover window reporting as well as other relevant work products necessary to execute a smooth transition to the new systems.
