Provide strategic guidance and insights on organizational change, encompassing restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Work with key stakeholders to address personnel challenges, collaborating closely with both management and team members to cultivate positive work relationships, bolster morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
Ensure clear and consistent communication of policies to managers and employees, facilitating efficient implementation while offering valuable coaching and support.
Lead the design and execution of HR initiatives and programs aimed at driving employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
Proactively seek innovative solutions to streamline workflows, establish best practices, and elevate HR service delivery.
Serve as a trusted advisor, escalating complex HR matters as needed.
6+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner.
~ Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
~ HR analytics with the ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs to drive business results.
~ Solid understanding of HR best practices and current QC employment regulations.
