Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Business Development Manager at Joblio. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting and connecting businesses with the right talent. This includes identifying job vacancies, building relationships with clients, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. While the role is primarily located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of the labor market and recruitment trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
