Our client is a private-owned business. The Company has grown to multiple sites serving Ontario and Canadians. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who can lead a team by example and continue this momentum in growth

Lead a team of both Inside and Outside customer service reps to meet company sales targets, and a team that includes warehousing/delivery truck.
Control costs and ensure good business decisions are made.
Be present in the branch to coach, mentor, and train individuals to realize their potential
Develop sales plans that reflect and achieve the goals of the Company and in becoming our customers and vendors “trusted advisers”.
Collaborate and work with the Marketing team to promote Company, products.
Collaborate with the various functions of the Company, like credit, procurement teams to ensure teamwork in all aspects.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and vendors / suppliers.

Mandatory requirements:

Must have 3 to 5 years of branch management experience with full P&L.
Must have at least 5-8 years of sales experience preferably in the distribution or the Construction industry.
Must be willing to work onsite.
Must have experience in managing full P&L.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Must be able to coach and mentor teams in sales and operations.
