Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our email campaigns. You will ensure tasks are assigned, workflows are maintained, and projects are tracked for budget, progress, and timelines. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful completion of email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup projects, create tasks, assign responsibilities, and schedule activities.
  • Maintain our project management software throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate weekly task assignments to the team and ensure understanding.
  • Monitor team progress and manage workloads.
  • Collaborate with the team to create project plans and schedules.
  • Report on project timelines, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Schedule internal check-ins, reviews, and presentations.
  • Identify and manage project risks, contributing to the risk register and escalating unresolved risks.
  • Simplify, improve, or add new processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee testing/QA for email campaigns using tools like Litmus.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations.
  • Conduct A/B testing to support email optimizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and measurement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and CASL regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support our Digital Communications Roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise email marketing within a digital marketing environment.
  • Strong preference for candidates with Adobe Campaign experience, but other enterprise automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua) are also considered.
  • Advanced HTML and CSS skills, with an emphasis on email HTML.
  • SQL experience is an asset.
  • Experience in workflow configuration and optimization, including branching and testing.
  • Knowledge of email testing and QA tools and processes (e.G., Litmus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
    motivated self-starter.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

$25/hr to $40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching.
