This is a traveling role within Canada that requires the associate to Travel to different Auto dealerships 100% of the time, Monday through Friday.
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Leverage existing Accounting, Fixed Operations, Sales, CRM and Desking expertise and exercise discretion to ensure that the CDK configurations align with client business requirements
- Become an expert on CDK Retail software and retail applications.
- Based on business experience and knowledge, make best practice recommendations for CDK configurations and/or client business processes to maximize client utilization and business results.
- Confer with client and CDK on best practices utilizing CDK solutions.
- Interact with, and train, assigned clients regarding CDK solutions.
- Work with peers and other project colleagues to achieve project results.
- Mentor other on-site associates to help them grow their knowledge and broaden their expertise.
- Separately, and with key management, review Performance reporting, comparing to benchmarks/goals for process and business improvement opportunities.
- Act as an advocate for clients within CDK.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of current automotive business trends and best practices.
- Evaluate dealership knowledge and their current level of process and product utilization
- Ability to consult with client’s staff at all levels.
- Work individually or partner with colleagues to identify process workflow gaps and create solutions.
- Advise on best practices that drive dealership efficiency, system utilization, margins, sales, productivity, and revenue
- Complete paperwork and documentation in the designated timeframe
- Support strategic and operational improvements with CDK team.

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive.
- At least 2 years experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive management as a Controller, Assistant controller or an office manager.
- Bilingual: English & French
- CDK DMS experience
Preferred Attributes & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.

En tant que conseiller en processus opérationnels de CDK, vous dirigerez et exécuterez la livraison initiale sur place des logiciels et des applications de CDK. En outre, vous fournirez des conseils et des formations sur les processus d'entreprise pour aider nos clients à réussir.
Responsabilités et fonctions essentielles du poste
- Tirer parti de l'expertise existante en matière de comptabilité, opérations fixes, ventes, CRM et bureautique et faire preuve de discernement pour vous assurer que les configurations du CDK sont conformes aux exigences commerciales du client.
- Devenir un expert des logiciels et des applications de vente au détail de CDK Retail.
- En se fondant sur l'expérience et les connaissances de l'entreprise, formuler des recommandations de pratiques exemplaires pour les configurations CDK et/ou les processus d'entreprise des clients afin d'optimiser l'utilisation par les clients et les résultats de l'entreprise.
- Discuter avec le client et CDK des pratiques exemplaires d'utilisation des solutions CDK.
- Interagir avec les clients affectés et les former aux solutions CDK.
- Travailler avec des pairs et d'autres collègues de projet pour atteindre les résultats.
- Encadrer les autres employés sur le terrain afin de les aider à développer leurs connaissances et à élargir leur expertise.
- Séparément, et avec les principaux gestionnaires, examiner les rapports de performance, en les comparant à des points de référence/objectifs, afin de déterminer les possibilités d'amélioration des processus et des activités.
- Représenter les intérêts des clients au sein de CDK.
- Maintenir un niveau élevé de sensibilisation aux tendances actuelles et aux pratiques exemplaires du secteur automobile.
- Évaluer les connaissances des concessionnaires et leur niveau actuel d'utilisation des processus et des produits.
- Capacité de consulter le personnel du client à tous les niveaux.
- Travailler individuellement ou en collaboration avec des collègues pour cerner les lacunes dans le déroulement des processus et créer des solutions.
- Donner des conseils sur les pratiques exemplaires qui favorisent l'efficacité des concessionnaires, l'utilisation des systèmes, les marges, les ventes, la productivité et le chiffre d'affaires.
- Remplir les formalités administratives et la documentation dans les délais impartis.
- Soutenir les améliorations stratégiques et opérationnelles avec l'équipe CDK.

Exigences relatives au poste
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience avec un succès avéré dans le secteur de la vente au détail de véhicules automobiles.
