- Sales Support and Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and support sales efforts. Collaborate with senior consultants to develop strategic proposals tailored to client needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct quality checks and reviews on work produced by junior consultants and team members. Provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of consulting services.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with industry trends, methodologies, and best practices. Participate in training and development programs to enhance consulting skills and knowledge. Share insights and knowledge with the team to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consulting processes. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Utilize technology and tools to improve productivity and project management.
- Client Satisfaction: Achieving high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, timely project delivery, and quality outcomes.
- Project Success: Successfully completing projects on time, within scope, and budget, with positive client feedback.
- Professional Growth: Continuously improving consulting skills, knowledge, and career development.
- Operational Excellence: Implementing efficient and streamlined processes that contribute to the overall success of consulting services.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in consulting, project management, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management and sales, with extensive knowledge and experience in regenerative land, permaculture, agriculture principles and practices, and design of resilient infrastructures.
The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team is also required.
We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 CDN, as well as other financial incentives, unlimited PTO, IT equipment, health and dental benefits, wellness and health stipend, IT stipend, education learning and development stipend, and off-site organization retreats.
