As a Human Resources Coordinator, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, training coordination, and monitoring the completion of onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement activities, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Assist with HR compliance activities, including compliance reporting.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
1-2 years Previous experience in human resources or related administrative role preferred.
Knowledge of HR principals, practices, and regulations.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Modern, yet comfortable office space.
