Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound calls
Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments and offer suitable coverage options
Educate clients on different insurance products and their benefits
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy recommendations
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy transactions
Proven track record of success in insurance sales or related field (experience in life, health, or property & casualty insurance is preferred)
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance quoting systems
Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development
