Créer et tenir à jour des systèmes de classement.

Créer et saisir de la correspondance de bureau à l'aide d'un ordinateur.

Distribuer et acheminer le courrier.

Commander et assurer le suivi des fournitures et formulaires nécessaires pour le service des ressources humaines.

Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre des messages.

Créer de nouveaux fichiers du personnel.

Assister les candidats dans les procédures de candidature.

Entretenir l'espace prévu pour remplir les candidatures et s'assurer de sa propreté, de son bon état et de son accessibilité pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Répondre aux questions, demandes et problèmes des employés et de la direction en ce qui concerne les programmes, politiques et directives de la chaîne et du service des ressources humaines.

Informer la direction des ressources humaines des problèmes liés aux relations des employés dans le service ou l'établissement.

Préserver la confidentialité et la sécurité des dossiers, fichiers et informations relatifs au personnel et à l'hôtel.

Tenir à jour de manière précise tous les dossiers et fichiers du personnel (par ex. documents d'entretien, I-9).

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie.

Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable.

Accueillir et recevoir tous les clients conformément aux standards de la chaîne.

Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié.

Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés.

Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité.

Saisir et trouver des informations professionnelles à l'aide d'ordinateurs et/ou de systèmes de point de vente.

Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome.

Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.

QUALIFICATIONS RECOMMANDÉES

Niveau d’études: Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalence de niveau secondaire.

Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 1 an d’expérience de travail connexe.

Expérience de supervision: Aucune expérience de supervision.

Permis ou Certification: Aucune
