Our highly valued client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their growing team Responsibilities: Draft correspondence, contracts, forms, memos, lease agreements, lease extensions/amendments and other documents as required Prepare various materials for meetings, including the agenda, booking boardrooms and supplying attendees with minutes and action plans Provide timely clerical support to property managers and assist with special projects when required Assist in property insurance and property tax reviews Code invoices, prepare contract information and project information for budgeting purposes Assist with gathering quotes and other information for maintenance and capital projects Communicate with tenants, owners and contractors/vendors on all properties matters Assist with rent collection and resolve arrears Oversee and complete monthly tenant chargebacks Follow up on diverse leasing and property management issues as required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a property administrator with exposure to different types and sizes of commercial properties Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is required Familiarity with Yardi is an asset Comfortable in new situations, ability to multitask and prioritize, detail oriented and a proactive team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good time management, work well under pressure and able to meet multiple deadlines If you want to become a part of the very successful team, please email a copy of an updated resume in WORD document to hiring@smartchoicepro.com for immediate consideration Thank you to all who showed interest in this opportunity.
