En tant que membre important de notre équipe d'ingénierie, vous apporterez vos connaissances, votre expérience et votre créativité dans la création de concepts de machines et dans la fabrication de machines de test et de mesure. Également vous participerez à la formation de notre équipe de production en ce que concerne la vérification de produits utilisés dans la climatisation du bâtiment (thermostats, humidificateurs, contrôleurs de climatisation et chauffage).

Dans une journée typique vous allez...

  • Préparer les spécifications détaillées et la conception des appareils électriques pour tester les dispositifs.
  • Définir les schémas électriques, électroniques et les BOMs
  • Fabriquer et assembler des panneaux de commande et de divers appareils de validation liés aux tests
  • Soutenir l'intégration du matériel et des logiciels
  • Mettre en œuvre des procédures d'étalonnage et de validation
  • Soutenir les employés de production
  • Au fur et à mesure que le produit sera mieux compris, le candidat deviendra responsable de ce qui suit: Programmation de systèmes d'acquisition de données et du réseau requis. Automatiser les procédures de test selon les besoins pour augmenter leur efficacité précision. Développer, préparer et documenter les procédures de test du produit pour automatiser et rationaliser les méthodes de test
  • Travailler avec l'équipe de R & D pour améliorer la testabilité des produits
  • Autres tâches liées aux besoins de production de Neptronic

Ce que nous recherchons

Vos qualifications

  • Profil académique: technologie de l’électronique industrielle, électronique programmable, robotique, génie électronique/électrique ou équivalent
  • Connaissance de LabView
  • Débrouillardise, autonome, excellente adaptabilité et initiative
  • Pensée critique, logique, déduction et analyse
  • Aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes
  • Excellent travail d'équipe
  • Rédaction technique (en français et / ou anglais).

Vos atouts

  • Expérience pertinente de l'assemblage électrique ou électro-mécanique, de préférence dans l'industrie du CVC
  • Expérience en R & D de validation de produit ou en contrôle de qualité
  • Connaissance de CAO / Autodesk Inventor, de Modbus, de BACNet et de Microsoft Office
  • Bilinguisme

What you’ll do

You will be part of our Engineering department, where you will contribute your knowledge, experience and creativity in the design of machine concepts and the manufacturing of customized test and measurement machines. You will also train our production team in the verification of various types of products used in building automation (motors, thermostats, humidifiers, air conditioning and heating controllers).

On a typical day you will…

  • Prepare the detailed specification and design of electric components for testing devices.
  • Define electrical, electronic schematics and BOMs
  • Manufacture and assemble control panels and various test apparatus related to testing
  • Support the integration of hardware and software
  • Implement calibration and validation procedures
  • Support production employees
  • As further insight on product is gained, the candidate will become responsible for the following: Programming data acquisition systems and required network apparatus. Automating test procedures as required for better efficiency and accuracy. Develop, prepare and document product test procedures to automate and streamline test methods
  • Work with the R&D team to improve the testability of products
  • Other tasks related to the production needs of Neptronic

What we look for

Your qualifications

  • Academic profile: Electronic, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LabView
  • Resourceful, autonomous, excellent adaptability and initiative
  • Critical thinking, logic, deduction and analysis
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork
  • Technical writing (in French and/or English).

Your assets

  • Relevant experience in electrical or electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Experience in product validation R & D or quality control
  • Knowledge of CAD/Autodesk Inventor, Modbus, BACNet, Microsoft Office
  • Bilingualism
