Project Specialist
Reporting to the Manager, Projects, the incumbent is responsible for accurately and timely completion of client solicitations, recording and archiving them in accordance with the procedure in place. Works closely with Territory Managers and Specialist Technicians to ensure that requirements meet project requirements;
Responds to clients' phone calls, solves or proposes alternatives on issues related to the project submission;
Ensures the follow-up and successful execution of projects to the client's satisfaction;
Ensures that project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and contractual requirements;
Responds to requests for quotations and provides documentation or technical information when required;
Ensures that project documents are complete, up-to-date and stored appropriately;
compiles, reviews and regularly monitors the list of completed and pending projects for which bids have been prepared
Performs specific analyses or special projects when required
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics an asset
~ French and English) both written and spoken
~ knowledge of Microsoft 365
~ to read and understand drawings and technical specifications

Relevant du Chef, projets, le/la titulaire du poste est responsable de compléter avec précision et en temps opportun, les demandes de soumissions des clients, les enregistrer et les archiver conformément à la procédure en place.Travaille étroitement avec les gérants de territoire et les techniciens spécialistes pour assurer que les requis répondent aux exigences du projet;
Répond aux appels téléphoniques des clients, résous ou propose des alternatives sur les problèmes liés à la soumission du projet;
Assure le suivi et l’exécution réussie des projets à la satisfaction du client;
S'assure que les livrables du projet répondent aux normes de qualité de l'entreprise et aux exigences contractuelles;
Promu, développe et maintien de bonnes relations avec nos partenaires clients de sorte à assurer la satisfaction, favoriser des liens commerciaux et fidélisation de la clientèle;
Répond à des demandes de prix et fourni de la documentation ou des renseignements techniques lorsque requis;
S’assure que les documents de projet sont complets, à jour et stockés de manière appropriée;
compile, révise et suit régulièrement la liste des projets complétés et en attente pour lesquels des soumissions ont été préparées
Veille à ce que les normes ISO liées à la documentation de toutes les transactions et communications pertinentes soient appliquées et maintenues.
Effectue des analyses spécifiques ou des projets spéciaux lorsque requis
technique en électricité / électronique un atout
Doit être bilingue (français et anglais) tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
connaissances de Microsoft 365
de lire et de comprendre des dessins et des spécifications techniques
