SHIFT: Tuesday to Saturday - 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Oversee end-to-end returns processes from the RMA through freight returns and Reverse Logistics (RVL) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) processes
Using Airtable to track, review and update daily delivery returns and inbound product from feeder hubs
Monitor Asset Tracker updates and maintain record accuracy
Assist with team training and development
Leads all RVL warehouse personnel by assisting in delegating and performance management Reviews all RVL inventory processes to ensure the product availability for vendor shipments and to ensure compliance with the organization’s RVL procedures and mandates
Create and manage solutions for RVL inventory capacity issues
Complete shift briefings to ensure the effective communication of relevant information to department team members
Provide daily feedback to team members through coaching and performance reinforcement
