Our Nuclear Services office in OSHAWA, ON, is looking for a hardworking, results-oriented, and professional PROPOSAL LEAD to join our team.
The Proposal Lead will support the proposal team in the preparation of the proposal perpetration, including proposal write-ups, estimating spreadsheets, site visits, clarification meetings, etc.
Preparation of estimates and technical write-ups
Determines key requirements for project costs and other estimates
Use cost-analysis software for planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Reviews vendor offers and quotes from subcontractors and site Manager
Provides consultations and updates on project needs
Working in a fast-paced environment with teams from different disciplines including engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors
Coordination of data provided by multiple vendors
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technologist Diploma
Solid understanding of the nuclear industry
Previous experience in the nuclear industry is preferred
Familiarity with project management principles, data analysis, and estimation formulas
Skilled in building solid professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and construction teams
