As our Director of Finance, you’ll have a rare opportunity to create and lead the finance team. Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Accounting Operations :
    Oversee all accounting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient management of financial transactions and records.
  • Build and Lead the Finance Team :
    Recruit, train, and develop a skilled accounting team capable of meeting operational demands and maintaining high standards in financial management.
  • Plan and Coordinate Financial Functions :
    Direct both operational and strategic accounting tasks, including the oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and Present Financial Statements :
    Generate monthly financial reports, analyze data, and deliver ad hoc financial insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure Tax Compliance :
    Manage tax filing processes, handle audits, and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations.
  • Automate Financial Processes :
    Lead initiatives to streamline and automate accounting processes, including accounts payable, credit card transactions, bank reconciliations, sales, and inventory management.
  • Develop Budgets and Forecasts :
    Create and manage financial budgets and forecasts, providing insights and ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Establish and Maintain Financial Controls :
    Implement and uphold internal financial controls that secure our growth.
  • Optimize Cash Flow Management :
    Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity, optimize the cash cycle, and maintain effective financial stewardship.

En tant que Directeur(trice) des Finances, vous aurez une occasion rare de créer et de diriger l'équipe financière. Principales responsabilités :

  • Gérer les opérations comptables quotidiennes :
    Superviser toutes les activités comptables en veillant à une gestion précise, rapide et efficace des transactions et des enregistrements financiers.
  • Recruter et diriger l'équipe financière :
    Recruter, former et développer une équipe comptable compétente capable de répondre aux exigences opérationnelles et de maintenir des normes élevées en gestion financière.
  • Planifier et coordonner les fonctions financières :
    Diriger les tâches comptables opérationnelles et stratégiques, y compris la supervision des comptes payables, des comptes recevables et des activités du grand livre.
  • Préparer et présenter les états financiers :
    Générer des rapports financiers mensuels, analyser les données et fournir des analyses financières qui soutiennent la compréhension de la situation comptable de l’entreprise.
  • Assurer la conformité fiscale :
    Gérer les processus de déclaration fiscale, traiter les audits et garantir la conformité avec toutes les réglementations comptables et fiscales pertinentes.
  • Automatiser les processus financiers :
    Diriger les initiatives visant à automatiser les processus comptables, y compris les comptes payables, les transactions par carte de crédit, les rapprochements bancaires, les ventes et la gestion des stocks.
  • Développer des budgets et des prévisions :
    Créer et gérer les budgets et les prévisions financières, fournissant les informations nécessaires et garantissant un alignement avec les objectifs financiers.
  • Établir et maintenir des contrôles financiers :
    Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des contrôles financiers internes qui sécurisent notre croissance rapide.
  • Optimiser la gestion des flux de trésorerie :
    Surveiller et gérer les flux de trésorerie pour garantir la liquidité, optimiser le cycle de trésorerie et maintenir une gestion financière efficace.
