Projects You'll Work On:

  • Developing Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through innovative recruitment campaigns and engaging with potential candidates online.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency of the hiring process.

What Experience You Should Bring:

  • Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
