ROLE  Administrative Assistant (12-month contract) 
 
Part-Time, Contract, On-Site 
 
Resident is an end-to-end real estate development company. We build, develop, and oversee the management of our properties with the goal of transforming these sites into quality homes and liveable communities. 
 
We build creatively and responsibly to create developments that improve neighbourhoods and cultivate communities. Our resident-focused approach means that we listen and learn to ensure connection is at the core of our projects. Oversee and support administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly. 
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls. 
Manage office supplies and kitchen inventory, and place orders as necessary. 
Complete basic data entry as needed. 
Manage company credit card reconciliations and employee expense reports. 
Liaise with facility vendors, such as IT contractors, property management, and caterers. 
Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as lunch meetings, conference registrations, etc. 
 
1+ year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role 
~ Strong initiative and ability to anticipate needs of the office and team
~ Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
