ENROLMENT ANALYST, ADMINISTRATION SOLUTIONS - CONTRACT (HYBRID)

Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including IT, Sales, Implementation, Clients and Partners to manage electronic enrolment process of new plan members and maintenance for existing clients.
Handles change management associated with converting manual enrolment clients to electronic enrolment upon request.
Performs data analysis on enrolment activity and creates reports as required.
Contributes to system and process reviews supporting continuous improvement.
Supports other internal teams as required by acting as the enrolment subject matter expert.
May provide back up support to Business Analysts if required.

University Degree or College Diploma or related work experience.
Experience working with complex data relationships and structure.
Effective in developing relationships and contributing to team performance in a highly collaborative environment.
proficiency in Word, Power Point, SAP Business Objects, and other Data Base Utilities & Query Tools.

Industry designations considered an asset (e.g. Bilingualism (French/ English) is considered an asset
