  • Fostering Innovation: Encouraging a culture of innovation that invites team members to propose new ideas for processes, technologies, and solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing rigorous quality control measures at each stage of the conversion process to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintaining open and transparent communication with customers throughout the project to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them before they impact the project.
  • Sustainability Practices: Integrating sustainable practices into the conversion process to minimize environmental impact and support corporate sustainability goals.
We are looking for someone with:
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in aviation or aerospace industry with a strong emphasis on manufacturing, maintenance, and production processes. Experience in developing and executing Production Management Systems is highly valued.
