Destawed, North America's leading Destination Wedding agency, is currently recruiting for the position of a Sales Administrator. As the primary point of contact for couples planning their destination weddings, you will serve as the anchor of our sales team. Responsibilities include promptly addressing inquiries, building strong relationships with couples, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will receive thorough training in all aspects of the travel industry, including suppliers, latest software applications, product knowledge, contract negotiations, and more to enhance your expertise in the role.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Genuine desire to assist customers and deliver excellent service.

- Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships.

- Critical thinking and efficient problem-solving skills in changing environments.

- Demonstrate ability to take full ownership of workload, maintain consistent productivity, and deliver results independently.

- Previous experience in customer service is an asset

Responsibilities:

- Providing assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and questions through various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, etc.

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

- Building strong relationships with customers by being attentive to their needs and enhancing their overall experience with the company.

- Collaborating with team members and managers to ensure timely delivery of client documentation.

- Possessing in-depth knowledge about the company's operations and services to accurately answer customer queries and provide relevant information.

- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer interactions and develop customer service strategies.

Salary: $45,000 annually
