*Product Knowledge:* Acquiring in-depth knowledge about client products and services, including internet plans, mobile phone packages, television services, and home phone options.
* *Sales Presentations:* Delivering persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of client products and services, highlighting features that align with customer needs and preferences.
* *Closing Deals:* Negotiating sales agreements, overcoming objections, and closing deals to convert leads into satisfied customers.
* *Meeting Sales Targets:* Working towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
* *Adhering to Ethical Standards:* Conducting all sales activities with integrity, honesty, and professionalism, adhering to Tiro's code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.
*Performance-Based Pay*: Your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance, incentivizing hard work, determination, and effective sales strategies. This is a full-time IN-PERSON position, are you able to commit to Monday-Friday (11:30am -8pm)?
