Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our service delivery team, ensuring our team is managing accounts successfully and remaining on task, communicating with clients, aiding in onboarding of new clients, implementing systems to improve team efficiency and output, along with aiding in hiring.

The candidate should have experience in running ads, funnel creation, automation creation, managing and operating a team of 5-10 people, client communication, creating brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure the team is on the ball with ad accounts and always making sure the team is ahead, not behind.

- Create Systems & Improve Service Delivery Efficiency

- Have a deep understanding to analyze accounts and dissecting them for improvements with team members

- Aid in Development and execute media buying strategies for clients

- Overseeing the Management of client accounts and budgets

- Overview The Creation and design ad creatives as per clients needs

- Analyze and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and goals and make sure we are always improving our performance

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful campaign execution

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in media buying

- Spent anywhere from 100K to 1 Million in ad spend. (This will be verified during our call)

- Proven track record of successful campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in ad accounts, copywriting, ad creation and client communication

- Has done Team Lead OR COO work in previous experience

Compensation :

The compensation for this position will be on a salary basis. Based on experience and knowledge this salary may vary & is up for negotiation.
