Administration Officer

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position.
Responsibilities 職責:- Provide clerical support 協助一般文書工作;
- Responsible for data entry, documentation updating and filing 處理資料輸入,文件歸檔及更新;
- Perform client account servicing and administrative duties as assigned 處理有關客戶服務及日常指派文書工作;
- Handle phone, email inquiry and online store update & related orders 處理一般電話, 電郵查詢及網店資料更新及訂單;
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned 協助臨時指派的工作。
Requirements 入職要求:
- HKCEE / HKDSE equivalent or above 會考、中學文憑或以上;
- Full certificate in DSE or HKCEE, including English and Chinese language 英文及中文科會考或中學文憑合格
- OR 4-5years relevant experience 或四至五年文書經驗;
- Good command of spoken and written/typing English, Cantonese and Mandarin 良好的英語中文及普通話能力;
- Self-Initiative, Strong Analytical Mind, Independent & Good Interpersonal Skill 主動自覺工作、具思考及分析力、獨立工作、良好的人際溝通技巧;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel ERP and English & Chinese word processing 熟悉電腦運作,如MS Office 有關程式及中英輸入;
- Overtime pay/holiday for peak season - Christmas and Chinese New Year 聖誕節和農曆新年為繁忙季節有加班工資/假期。
