Term of Employment: Part Time (max 24 hours weekly)
Position Title: Office Administrator
The Office Administrator is primarily responsible for keeping the office/team organized so processes can be completed in a timely manner. This will be a part time support role, as such they will assist in maintaining the workflow already in place.
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Adhere to ZyTech’s safety, quality assurance and standard operating procedures and policies.
Interest in a performance-based environment with a focus on client service.
Enthusiasm to network and communicate.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while ensuring strong communication, organizational, planning and time management skills.
Software tools, MS Office, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.
