This position is responsible for managing television production, coordinating with Members of Parliament and various service providers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality broadcast and audiovisual services. The Manager also oversees technical support and equipment provisioning, ensuring that all multimedia services operate smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly. The role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver top-tier multimedia services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Success in this role requires strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under constant pressure. The Manager must be able to manage multiple tasks, delegating effectively, and handling competing priorities. Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization are essential. Additionally, the role demands exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with superior oral and written communication abilities. These competencies ensure the Manager can lead their team effectively while delivering high-quality multimedia services in a fast-paced environment.As part of this position, you must be willing to work onsite up to five days a week. The team you support works onsite including weekends, shift work, early morning, daytime, and late evening shifts, and potentially be on call/overtime on short notice.
