Our dedicated team, consisting of top-tier developers, engineers, and business strategists, is driving our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to become the standard solution for multi-agent systems, serving enterprises, governments, and educational institutions of various scales.The roleWe are seeking two (2) Business Development Representatives for our Enterprise Sales team to articulate the transformative impact of our AI autonomous agents to prospective clients and partners. This multifaceted role combines technical expertise, visionary insight, and strategic collaboration. You will be the tip of the spear of our GTM team.As part of our rapidly growing platform, bolstered by the December 2023 launch of Botpress Cloud and its tens of thousands of sign-ups, we invite entrepreneurial spirits who can shepherd executive contacts from research through to meetings and commitment. You'll act as a Botpress ambassador, forging meaningful relationships with senior leaders to craft compelling business narratives.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with sales and partnership team leaders to identify and qualify interest in our solution via inbound and outbound channelsBecome an industry expert and develop product masteryGenerate reports for stakeholders and executivesConduct yourself professionally and cast Botpress in a positive lightYou must have:A proven record of high achievementStellar communications skills, both written and verbal; budding copywriters do great in this roleIntellectual agility and natural curiosityThe ability to work in a fast paced, challenging (FUN) technology environmentAbility to learn and absorb material quickly and welcome constructive criticism for continuous improvement"One speed energy" self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency coupled with an entrepreneurial get it done attitudeAttention to details; organized and metric-driven1-3 years of customer-facing experienceSpeak/write English and French.Not a must, but a plus:Prior sales experience with a demonstrated ability to exceed quotaPrior experience in a rapidly growing technology companyExperience using Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Leadfeeder and other sales productivity toolsCompensation & work environment:Base salary + variableHealth benefitsPaid vacationWe are an equal-opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
