This is a Part Time, Contract position with opportunity for extension ideal for early career candidatesResponsibilities:Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interactionResponding to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiriesTake accountability to solve issues from beginning to endDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our servicesRequirements:Experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is an assetFinancial services, healthcare support, or veterinary care support background are a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Availability to work in our Pickering, ON head officeSchedule: Must be available Tuesday to Friday, 4pm – 9pm and Saturday 10am – 5pmAbout Us:We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
