Sales Operations Manager - Government of BCThe Sales Operations Manager understands the Ricoh portfolio of services that align with modernization efforts of the Government of BC. As a sales oriented professional, the individual must build relationships, provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with the account team to expand the portfolio of Ricoh services utilized.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Government of BCIdentify clients’ business initiatives and articulate the Ricoh vision of how services can lead to desired business outcomesUse consultative techniques with a focus on client value in both virtual and face-to-face settingsCollaborate with peers, including supporting consultants and specialists, to develop transformative solutionsResearch and stay current with the Government’s department alignment, initiatives, policy, and personasManage the day-to-day sales operations with a focus on contract deliverablesManage the order entry process and deployment to maintain contract SLA’sEnsure Ricoh systems update the Government eSMT system with the required metricsGenerate daily/weekly/monthly reports to align with contract deliverables and SLA’sAct as Vendor Management/Client contact for escalation supportUtilize Ricoh device management tools, ERP and customer portalsReview request for proposals (RFP) and support the Ricoh bid responseUse Salesforce.com to manage account activity, pipeline progression and forecastingQualifications:Post-secondary educationExperience in B2B environment, IT or a consultative selling environment; preferably in public sector, ideally with the Government of BCEstablished contacts and relationships within the Government of BC is idealKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:High level operational knowledge, exposure to sales process and cycle, prior experience in implementation/account management and managed services.Superior knowledge of Service Level Agreements and scope of servicesSuperior knowledge of Ricoh services and products and know who to engage in the accountDetail oriented with strong analytical and numerical aptitudesProficiency in use of MS Office applications including Teams and ExcelExcellent time management to handle multiple tasks and changing prioritiesSuperior verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals at varying levels within the client organization and within RicohAbility to work independently and be self-directedOther:Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (and auto insurance coverage per Ricoh's policy)Ricoh is an information management and digital services company connecting technology, processes, and people in progressive business around the world.
