Responsibilities:
- Focusing on acquiring the right skills for the company while maintaining a strong commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity
- Acting as an accelerator of new or ongoing recruitment efforts to maximize hiring opportunities
- Engaging with a diverse range of high-calibre candidates and creating talent pools and pipelines to support new and ongoing recruitment activity
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create comprehensive recruitment plans and ensuring robust and diverse candidate talent pools & talent pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience directly related to the role
- Experience sourcing candidates, talent pipelining, and talent pooling
- Ability to liaise and build networks with internal stakeholders
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
