At ONE CARE, you will be part a great team where we focus on the quality of our programs, excellence in service delivery, and our reputation as an innovator and leader in the local community.*AVAILABILITY: *Full time (18 Month Contract)*HOURS OF WORK:* Monday - Friday with various scheduled shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm.*LOCATION: *Hybrid Remote*SUMMARY:*The Intake Coordinator serves as the first contact for Community Support services for clients, caregivers and referral sources and assists them in understanding, accessing and navigating available services and supports. The Intake Coordinator also provides daily administrative support in the office for Community Support Services. The Intake Coordinator must be flexible and able to embrace change in an organization that adapts to the changing needs of the clients we serve.
