**SUMMARY**:
The Intake/Nursing Specialist has general accountability to coordinate and support delegated operational activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Manager of Programs / Services, the Intake/Nursing Specialist organizes the flow of work for the intake program and will provide mentoring and, on the job training consistent with ONE CARE quality and client service best practices for the intake program. The Intake/Nursing Specialist collaborates with ONE CARE clients and staff and contributes to effective daily operations ensuring high service standards are achieved. This role is part of our on call rotation.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified RN, RPN, or other related professional designation
- 5 years related experience.
- Proficiency in use of computer (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, and typical office equipment.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to be adaptable, build relationships, focus on client needs and communicate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and use of vehicle.

**WORK LOCATION**

Hybrid Remote - with expectation to attend multiple sites during in office hours.
