Our Client is a leading Global company with a solid reputation Their business has been going from strength to strength over the last few years and to support this continued growth, they are looking for an organised HR Graduate to join them as a Team Assistant and support coordination across business units.This role is hands on and offers a variety of exposure to the HR function where every day will be different and you will be a valued member of the team and organisation. Join a friendly and supportive environment with genuine work life balance, where you will be mentored and appreciated.You will coordinate complex schedules across the business and be involved with recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development and events coordination.Key Responsibilities:You will be involved in supporting a small team of Human Resources Professionals, Total Rewards, and Talent Development teams and multiple Global Directors, which includes travel and event planning and coordination, filing, documentation, department budget and invoicing support, photocopying and other administrative tasks.Employee life-cycle management, including HR administration of letters, contracts and variationsHR reportingConducting new employee orientationsPreparing communications on behalf of hiring managersPlanning and organising team meetings and eventsVarious ad hoc requestsSkills and Experience required: HR Degree (or other relevant field)Strong organisation, relationship and prioritisation skillsBeing dedicated and passionate about achieving goalsCapability and desire for Team workPro-active and can-do approachThis role will suit a hardworking individual with strong attention to detail.
