The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to lawyers and legal staff in all aspects of immigration law practice.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file various immigration applications and petitions.Manage client files and maintain an organized tracking system for all legal documents.Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and procedures.QualificationsA minimum of 1 of experience as an immigration law clerk or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, forms, and procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quicklaw, PC Law or other legal accounting software.A paralegal certificate, law clerk certificate or equivalent legal education is preferred.ca with the subject line "Immigration Law Clerk Application."
