Bilingual Marketing Coordinator

Coordonner des opérations quotidiennes, soutenir à l'exécution des campagnes et projets et demandes ponctuelles des équipes interdépartementales.
Coordonner les ressources marketing, y compris l'organisation des documents, la gestion des images, la base de données des entrepreneur.e.s et la génération de rapports à partir de notre CRM et de nos outils marketing.
Promouvoir la commande et la distribution de matériel marketing, y compris les bannières et les articles promotionnels de marque pour les équipes transversales.
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de communautés entrepreneuriales, l’équipe programmes et partenariats et d'autres équipes internes pour assurer l'alignement et la cohérence des messages et des efforts de branding sur toutes les plateformes.
Gérer les tâches administratives telles que la planification des réunions, la gestion des calendriers marketing, la gestion des factures et des budgets, et la coordination avec les agences externes ou les fournisseurs pour s'assurer que les projets sont terminés dans les délais et dans les budgets impartis.
Participer à la recherche marketing pour mieux comprendre notre public cible, les canaux marketing et les tendances dans le marketing et l'écosystème de l'entrepreneuriat. Coordination des événements – 20% Créer des événements sur des plateformes telles qu'Eventbrite et gérer les listes d'événements.
Aider à la planification et à l'exécution d'événements marketing, y compris les lancements de programme, les événements partenaires, les conférences et les webinaires.
Gérer la logistique, gérer les RSVP et assister sur place lors des événements.
Travailler avec les intervenant.e.s, les panélistes, les entrepreneur.e.s ou les fournisseur.seuse.s pour confirmer leur participation, organiser les déplacements et les hébergements si nécessaire, et fournir un soutien lors des événements ou des tournages de production.
Recueillir et analyser les commentaires des participant.e.s, des sponsors et des parties prenantes pour identifier les domaines à améliorer et formuler des recommandations pour les événements futurs. Autre soutien marketing – 20% Aider les autres équipes avec les outils de communication marketing tels que Canva et Monday.com.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et les métriques des campagnes, préparer des rapports réguliers et des tableaux de bord pour communiquer des informations et des recommandations aux parties prenantes.
Rester à l'affût des tendances de l'industrie, des meilleures pratiques, et recommander des technologies ou services innovants si nécessaire. Ce que vous apportez : Formation pertinente en marketing, communication, commerce ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
Au moins (2) deux ans d'expérience en marketing.
Expérience côté client ou agence avec des organismes à but non lucratif, l'entrepreneuriat, le financement et/ou la banque serait un atout.
Habilité technologique en Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint et Teams. Une expérience avec les plateformes CRM, Google Analytics, WordPress et les médias sociaux serait un atout.
Créativité démontrée et compétence dans la création d'actifs visuels, y compris les images et les vidéos.
Familiarité avec la conception et le déploiement du marketing par e-mail, connaissance de la maintenance des bases de données clients.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais avec d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec un souci du détail. Vous devrez travailler quotidiennement avec des membres de l'équipe ou des client.e.s non bilingues à travers le Canada et au siège social à Toronto.

Here’s the opportunity: Bilingual Marketing Coordinator As a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing Managers and the broader Marketing & Communications team. You will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Futurpreneur’s marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, in this multifaceted role, you'll coordinate a variety of projects ranging from promotional materials to events, while strictly adhering to Futurpreneur's brand guidelines and standards. This position is perfect for a self-starter with proven marketing experience and a passion for embracing change and driving innovation. This is a permanent full-time position, based in our Toronto or Montreal office, operating under a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in the office per week). What you will do: Support on Marketing campaigns – 60% Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Manager for the Regional teams, Core Startup Program, Indigenous Entrepreneur Startup Program, Black Entrepreneur Startup Program, and Side Hustle Program, as well as the Programs and Partnerships Marketing Manager for partner-funded and entrepreneurship program initiatives, to effectively communicate our impact and promote our services.
Coordinate day-to-day operations, executional support across campaigns and projects and ad-hoc requests from interdepartmental teams.
Coordinate marketing assets, including document organization, image management, entrepreneur database and report generation from our CRM and marketing tools. Champion the ordering and distribution of marketing materials including banners and branded swag for cross-teams.
Collaborate with Business Development, Programs, Partnerships and other internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts across all platforms.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, managing invoices and budgets, and coordinating with external agencies or suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Participate in marketing research to better understand our target audience, marketing channels, and trends in marketing and the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Events coordination – 20% Create events on event platforms such as Eventbrite and manage event listings.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including program launches, partner events, conferences, and webinars.
Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and provide on-site support during events.
Work with speakers, panelists, entrepreneurs or vendors to confirm participation, arrange travel and accommodations as needed, and provide support during events or production shoots.
Collect and analyze feedback from attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events. Other marketing support – 20% Assist other teams with MarCom tools such as Canva and Monday.com
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, preparing regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and recommend innovative technologies or services as needed. What you will have: Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent hands-on career experience.
At least two years’ experience in marketing
Client or agency-side experience with non-profits, entrepreneurship, financing and/or banking considered an asset.
Digital fluency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. Experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media would be considered an asset.
Demonstrated creativity and proficiency in visual assets including images and videos.
Familiarity with email marketing design and deployment fundamentals, maintaining customer databases knowledge.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. You will be required to work on a daily basis with non-bilingual team members and/or clients across Canada and at Head office in Toronto.
Self-starter and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal and project coordination skills.
Creative and innovative problem-solver with a can-do attitude to improve and learn.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
