Summary/Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will support the marketing department in coordinating various campaigns, events, and projects both remotely and in-office. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  2. Analyze and track sales data
  3. Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
  5. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
