With a portfolio of over 80 events annually, our client operates in various regions including the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. About the Role:Conference producers will undertake market research with senior individuals from their target audience, develop and write in-depth event agendas, recruit high-level speakers, and assist the sales & marketing teams in promoting their finished product. Responsibilities include:Organizing and running Governing Body meetings to determine conference themes, topics, session chairs and speakers.Liaising with Conference Chairs and Governing Body members.Conducting telephone and in-person research with potential attendees in the target market to develop program agendas.Joining calls and meetings with existing and potential clients.Ensuring that the conference agenda is at the highest level of commercial viability for both sponsorship and delegate sales.Recruiting highly esteemed leading experts, industry representatives, regulators, government representatives, and other relevant speakers to your program faculty.Conducting research to provide detailed information on the target market, relevant industry associations, and publications and competitive events.Working closely with the operations team to ensure delivery of a first-class on-site conference experience for attendees Experience:2-5 years of experience in corporate conference production.Passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable about developing industry-leading conferences.You will demonstrate the ability to simultaneously manage a portfolio of events.Comfortable conducting regular phone calls and meetings with industry figures.Strong teamwork skills.Able to work both independently and as part of a team.Problem solver with the ability to break down complex concepts, make logical comparisons and identify underlying patterns and connections.
