As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and cultivating relationships with clients in the securities lending division.Scandinavian Savings and Loans Trust (SSLT) offer loans against publicly traded securities in the range of 10 million to 500 million USD. You will be tasked to source and introduce High-Net-Worth Individual and corporate clients, facilitate negotiation and provide professional customer service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.Essential DutiesSource potential clients and introduce our stock loan servicesEngage with clients, gathering financial needs, details, and assessing loan viabilityGuide clients through the AML, KYC process, ensuring a smooth regulation compliant experienceRespond swiftly to client inquiriesQualificationsPrior experience in stock loan sales or private placement deal or equity financingStrong understanding of securities lending and financial marketsPossess a substantial network within the high-net-worth individual (HNWI), family office, and corporate sectorsCandidates with experience or current roles in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Private Equity are preferredProduct Example - Stock LoanSSLT lends USD cash vs Stock CollateralLoan-to-Value (LTV): 50%Loan Interest Rate: 3.0%Loan Amount: US$ 10million - $500million (minimum US$ 10million)Maturity: 2-years (renewable)Stock Collateral: listed stock on NASDAQTarget clients: HNWI or corporatesSales Representative Commission: 2.0% of Loan ValuePlease note that this example is strictly illustrative
