Il s'agit d'un poste temporaire à permanent.À titre de Chef de Projet Principal, Construction vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre du projet de sulfate de nickel dans la province de Québec, en veillant à ce que le personnel et les processus permettent d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable de la définition, de la planification et de la gestion de la portée du projet pour tous les aspects liés à la mise en place du projet, à la gestion de la coentreprise, à la gestion des parties prenantes et aux exigences réglementaires, y compris la participation aux comités techniques, aux discussions commerciales et aux aspects liés à la durabilité. Vous serez aussi responsable de l'interface avec les secteurs de l'entreprise (affaires, finances, développement durable, RH, TI, etc.), en assurant un soutien approprié pour tous les aspects du projet tels que la constitution et l'avancement de la coentreprise, l'exécution du financement du projet si nécessaire, les processus d'autorisation et d'acquisition des terres, conformément aux normes de gouvernance, juridiques et institutionnelles.Votre profil Formation :Diplôme de premier cycle en Électricité, mécanique, tuyauterie, génie civil/structure ; gestion de projet.Expérience :Au moins 11-15 années d’expérienceCompétences :Gestion antérieure de plusieurs entreprises de construction simultanément en tant que membre de l'équipe de gestion du projet.Bonne compréhension du suivi budgétaire et du travail dans le cadre des budgets des départements. Développement, coaching et coordination de la formation de tous les collaborateurs directs afin de contribuer à la réussite de l'équipe.
