Join us and revolutionize your job hunting experienceKey Responsibilities:Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining CRM systems.Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Process orders and handle order-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to help improve sales strategies.Assist in creating sales presentations, reports, and marketing materials.Track sales performance and generate reports for the sales team and management.Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service. Your main tasks will include assisting with sales activities, communicating with customers, and maintaining organized sales records.
