With over 140 employees, Liteline is poised for strategic growth for years to comeWe invite you to learn more about Liteline Corporation and our products here: we are looking for:Liteline is hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to help with creating content and managing outward communications through social media and email marketing across our 3 brands (Liteline, SPEX, and Trenz.)Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Assistant’s key responsibilities include:Write, design, and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.Develop and implement email automation workflows to streamline communication and enhance customer journeys.Assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Potentially adding in platforms such as Pinterest and TikTokMonitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all digital channels.Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, recommending innovative strategies to optimize results.In our ideal candidate, we are looking for:1-2 years’ experience generating social media and email content.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with Canva.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.For the right candidate, we will offer:Competitive pay commensurate with qualifications and experience Partial company match on employee contributions towards company group RRSPAn opportunity to be part of an innovative, growing organization that supports learning and development.We thank all candidates for applying, however only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.We are an equal opportunity employer that values the unique skills and experiences of each of our candidates, recognizing that each prospective team member of Liteline may help turn our efforts into building a diverse and inclusive place to work, a reality.
