Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing trends, creative in their approach, and committed to delivering results-driven solutions for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives and goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and oversee social media management activities.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral, including website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on advertising, SEO, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing or working with recruitment agencies is a plus.
