We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English and French-speaking customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Duties:- Assist customers in English and French via phone, email, or chat- Provide product information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Process sales orders and assist with order tracking- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Maintain customer records and update databases- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely mannerRequirements:- Fluent in both English and French(verbal and written)- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred- Proficient in data entry and computer skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsWe offer competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
