We are currently hiring a Project Support Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis of 6 months, which has the possibility of extension. This candidate will be required to work part-time hours (20-24 hours per week).Your new role Analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data to support planning recommendations.Work in partnership with various groups to complete key planning documents.Prioritize project management support and lead priority program development and evaluation.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of action items.Facilitate partner meetings and provide necessary support for effective collaboration.Travel to community sites to engage with stakeholders and assess program performance What you'll need to succeed 3+ years of Administrative or Project Management experience Experience in project management, particularly in non-IT and program management.Experience working on non-profit sector projects.Knowledge of mental healthcare administration is an asset.Background understanding of mental health-related projects is preferable.Access to a vehicle for travel to community sites.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional-level writing skills.
