You will be relied upon to provide strategic support on all P+C programs practices to a specific portfolio of our business. In addition, you will assist the Director, People + Culture in the areas of data reporting and analysis, talent management, succession and resource planning as well as support key business-driven talent initiatives. Act as operational business partner to teams within assigned locations by providing support in the areas of benefits, employee relations, rewards & recognition, learning & development, organizational effectiveness, and health & safetyProvide coaching & counseling to management teams within assigned locationsWork together with the Director, People + Culture in the creation and execution of data-driven business strategies focused on talent and people initiatives gaining insight from various data sourcesPrepare materials to support a range of HR functions including organization design, workforce strategy, succession and talent planningNavigate and resolve employee relations issues, while being a champion of organizational culture and valuesDiagnose problems, develop innovative solutions, influence business leaders with data-driven recommendationsRespond to employee/management requests for information on a timely basisFacilitate New Hire Orientation sessions and other various learning programsAssist senior People + Culture team members with various national People + Culture initiativesTeam up with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to proactively identify recruitment needs and build talent pipelines including building local talent relationships Effectively execute, track and trend exit interview processParticipate in other related activities and/or special projects as assignedQualifications And Experience5+ years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., employee relations, talent management and succession management, organization development, etc.)Completed post-secondary education, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business AdministrationProfessional HR designation is an asset, or working towards completionBilingualism (English and French) is requiredStrong understanding of employment laws, especially in Quebec as well as Bill 96 & CNESST Ability to work directly with mid -level leaders on less complex issues with minimal guidance Ability to diagnose issues, root cause and generate good alternative approaches and solutionsEffective conflict resolution and relationship management skillsEffective communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation preparation, and delivery) in both English and French Excellent time management skills with proven organizational and multi-tasking proficiency – able to respond quickly and efficientlyAnalytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to use data to make decisions and solve problemsAbility to work with employees at all levels with confidenceExcellent MS Office Suite skillsStrong customer service skills with the ability to leverage partnerships and influence others in a multi-site environmentA self-starter with solid decision-making skillsMust be discreet in nature and have a high degree of confidentialityAbility to work well within time constraints, prioritize tasks and adapt effectively in a high-demand, fast-paced, and adjusting environmentAbility to “think outside the box” and question existing tasks/methodologiesHow to Apply: Please email your resume to careers@primarisreit.com.We appreciate all applications and will only contact those selected for an interview.Primaris is committed to accessibility for persons with disabilities in the course of employment, including in recruitment and hiring. De plus, vous assisterez le Directeur dans les domaines de l’analyse des données, de la gestion des talents, de la planification de la relève et des ressources, ainsi que dans le soutien des initiatives clés en matière de talents axées sur les besoins de lentreprise.Agir en tant que partenaire opérationnel des équipes dans les sites assignés, en fournissant un soutien dans les domaines suivants : gestion des avantages sociaux, relations avec les employés, récompenses et reconnaissance, apprentissage et développement, efficacité organisationnelle, ainsi que santé et sécurité au travail.Fournir une formation et des conseils à l'équipe de gestion pour les sites assignés.Collaborer avec le Directeur des « People + Culture » pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales basées sur des données, en se concentrant sur les initiatives liées aux talents et au personnel, et en exploitant diverses sources d'informations.Préparer des documents pour soutenir diverses fonctions RH, telles que la conception organisationnelle, la stratégie de main-d'œuvre, ainsi que la planification de la relève et des talents.Gérer et résoudre les problématiques liées aux relations avec les employés tout en promouvant et en préservant la culture et les valeurs de l'organisation.Diagnostiquer les problèmes, élaborer des solutions innovantes et influencer les dirigeants de l'entreprise en leur fournissant des recommandations basées sur des données.Répondre aux demandes d'information des employés et de la direction dans les délais impartis. Faciliter les sessions d'orientation pour les nouveaux employés ainsi que d'autres programmes de formation.Assister les membres seniors de l'équipe People + Culture dans diverses initiatives nationales en matière de People + Culture.Collaborer avec notre spécialiste de l'acquisition de talents pour identifier de manière proactive les besoins en matière de recrutement et constituer des viviers de talents, notamment en établissant des relations avec les talents locaux.Gérer efficacement le processus d'entretien de départ, assurer un suivi rigoureux et analyser les tendances qui en émergent.Contribuer à d'autres activités connexes et projets spéciaux, selon les besoins.Qualifications et Expérience 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en ressources humaines, couvrant plusieurs disciplines telles que les relations avec les employés, la gestion des talents et des successions, ainsi que le développement organisationnel.Formation postsecondaire, idéalement en gestion des ressources humaines ou en administration des affaires.Titre professionnel, idéalement en gestion des ressources humaines ou en administration des affaires.Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est requis.
