*CMMS Coordinator** CMMS Coordinator* Etobicoke, ON* Days, Mon-Fri* $25-$32 DOE* Food Company*Duties as a CMMS Coordinator:** Maintains and updates equipment data base and preventative maintenance program.* Provides data collection procedures, forms and checklists to support data inputs into service maintenance management database.* Provides monitoring and reporting for PM, CM, RM work order performance and adherence to service delivery.* Advises management team of issues, concerns or noncompliance to standard.* Issue routine and corrective work orders, track to ensure timely completion, close out work orders and bring forward outstanding items or anomalies as required.* Receive job plan updates, input changes into the system, issue and communicate changes to field teams.* Updating preventative maintenance schedules based on critical assets.* Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning team when scheduling PM work.* Generates reports to review Technician workload with team and managers* Provides suggestions on applicable job plans based on asset or job requirements.* Generates data and prepares various reports to managers and team.* Reviews reports and communicates observations and recommendations to operations team.* Provides training to CMMS end users.*Experience needed:** 1+ year of maintenance experience in food manufacturing* Diploma or equivalent in Maintenance* Proficient with MS Office suite of applications along with ability to quickly learn new software applications and information systemsThis position is commutable from; Toronto, Oakville, Vaughan, Richmond hill, Markham, BramptonRelevant Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator, CMMS Coordinator, CMMS supervisor_*All applicants must live in Canada and be eligible to work and live in the Canada.
