Flexibility-Variety-Competitive Compensation-Independence is what we have to offer with our Top Tier CPG clientYou will work/travel within the Kapuskasing territory, approx. 3-5 10 hours/ bi-weekly, for a top tier Consumer packaged goods (CPG) client managing the company's products and programs to selected retailers to maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will be supporting the merchandising of the products and leveraging your strong in-store relationships.Merchandiser ResponsibilitiesExecuting client retail priorities including but not limited to product distribution, maintaining/building new displays and shelf detailingBuilding and leveraging strong store management relationshipsProviding regular merchandising support-maintain shelf, Planogram (POG) changes, Out of Stock (OOS) correction, freshness, etc.Preparing and submitting required reporting on a daily basisProviding feedback and insights that will help provide opportunities to help grow the business3-5 hours bi-weekly Monday to FridayMerchandiser RequirementsValid driver's license and access to a personal vehicleMerchandising experience with a focus on Walmart and the grocery channelStrong communication skills and ability to build relationshipsAble to maintain a professional demeanour with the public and store personnel when performing your dutiesDetail-oriented and extremely organizedGood understanding and comfortability in using various reporting information and computer skills (Excel)Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environmentPotential for overnight travel when necessaryAbility to lift up to 15kgs as well as being able to stand for several hours to complete in-store work when necessaryAbout Brand Momentum:Brand Momentum is a nationally integrated leader in Sales, Marketing, and Retail, with headquarters in Toronto.
