We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a mixed skill team, strengthen reliability and ensure smooth daily operations in a demanding manufacturing environment. This is a replacement role, ideal for someone who wants to build capability, improve processes and drive long term uptime. Visa sponsorship and relocation support is available. What’s in it for you? A leadership position with clear impact on safety, uptime and performance A respectful, growth minded culture that values initiative and capability building Opportunity to mature preventative maintenance and support future automation Competitive salary or up to $130k, strong benefits and long term growth You’ll be responsible for Leading, coaching and developing a multi level maintenance team, building trust and consistency Improving preventative and predictive maintenance using CMMS insights Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively Managing key KPIs such as downtime and CMMS compliance Collaborating with Production, Engineering and Quality to support installations and continuous improvement You’ll need Minimum seven years manufacturing maintenance experience with strong technical grounding Early career hands on experience plus proven leadership CMMS experience as essential, ideally including systems like FIIX Strong troubleshooting skills with a root cause mindset The ability to coach, motivate and influence a varied team Location: This is a full time on site role in Langley, British Columbia.
